How is the order accepted?
You can place an order on the website or with our manager, at the phone number indicated on the website. For the nearest evening delivery, orders are accepted until 10:00 of the current day, for the nearest morning delivery – until 10:00 of the previous day.

Delivery time
We can deliver your meal in the morning or evening. Morning delivery is from 6:00-11:00, in hourly intervals (for example, from 6:30-7:30). Evening delivery – from 19:00-23:00. Evening delivery time may vary, depending on the readiness of the kitchen (check with the manager).
How is delivery carried out?
Delivery is carried out daily by our couriers to the address you specified when placing your order. For more comfortable delivery, so as not to disturb you, our couriers can leave your ration at the door, at the concierge or with security.
What if I was unable to accept the delivery (didn't open the door/phone turned off, etc.)?
The courier’s waiting time at the point is 10 minutes. After that, the driver continues along the route so as not to be late for other Clients. If you contact us before 10 am, the courier can send the ration by taxi, at your expense, or deliver it yourself if it is not far from you. If you do not contact us, the package with the ration is returned to our kitchen by the time you contact us.
Can I reschedule or cancel my order?
Yes, of course! We are always happy to meet our Clients. If you need to reschedule your delivery days (for example, you are on a business trip or going out of town for the weekend), please notify us by 10:00 on the current day if you receive evening delivery and by 10:00 on the previous day if you receive morning delivery.
If you notify AFTER this time, unfortunately, the delivery will be debited from your balance.
To resume delivery, please also notify our manager in advance.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Kyiv and some suburbs is FREE.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order when placing an order on the website through the payment system, using the details provided by the manager, or in cash to the courier.
Can I change the delivery address or time?
Yes, of course! But, if you have an evening delivery, the change of address or time is made by 4:00 PM of the current day. In case of morning delivery, please notify us by 6:00 PM of the previous day.
Do you refund money?
When canceling an order, we will refund the money within 7 business days, only for unused days. For those days when you accepted delivery, or did not have time to cancel and the day was credited, the money will not be refunded. When canceling an order purchased at a promotional price, when it is canceled, the money will be transferred at the retail price.
What should I do if I am allergic to a certain product?
BE SURE to notify the manager, or indicate when placing an order which ingredients you are allergic to, so that we can exclude this product or replace it with a similar one that is safe for you.
How do I know what's on my menu today?
Every day, we add a blank menu to your package, where you can see exactly what you will be eating today. Next to each dish is the total KBZHV, as well as the full KBZHV for the whole day.
How do I choose the diet I need?
When ordering on our website, you can use a special calorie calculator that will calculate the required number of calories according to your request. Or, our managers will be happy to help you with this by asking a few questions about your parameters and goals.
Can I reheat food in the microwave?
Yes, of course! All our containers are reheatable. You just need to remove the lid and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
What is the shelf life of the food?
All our dishes undergo two heat treatments, hot and cold. Therefore, all our dishes can be safely stored for more than 24 hours, provided that they are stored in the refrigerator.
What do you use in cooking?
In preparing our diets, we use a variety of lean meats, fish and seafood. Also, the basis of our diet is made up of various types of cereals and side dishes and many varieties of vegetables and fruits. We prepare all dishes ourselves, including all sauces. We DO NOT use sugar in the preparation, all our desserts are delicious, and most importantly, healthy!
