Delivery
Delivery is carried out every day in the morning (6:00-11:00) or in the evening (19:00-23:00) with an interval of one hour.
You can choose a comfortable interval for you (for example, 8:00-9:00 or 20:00-21:00)
And our couriers will bring your ration exactly to the address. Also, so as not to disturb you, with your permission, we can leave the package at the door, at the concierge or with security.
To improve service and speed up delivery, please provide all the necessary information when ordering on the website or to our manager.

Meal plan delivery in Kyiv: how it works
Our couriers deliver your ready daily meal plan every day, in the morning or evening, within the one-hour window you choose.
Delivery across Kyiv is free. For the suburbs, the terms in the table above apply: some areas are served free of charge, for others the price depends on the address. If you prefer, the courier can leave the package at your door, with the concierge or at the security desk so you are not disturbed.
Home, office or at your door
Home delivery
Choose a morning window to receive the plan before breakfast, or an evening window so it waits in your fridge overnight. The dishes keep in the fridge for more than 24 hours.
Office delivery
You can receive your meal plan at work. When ordering, give the full address, floor, company name or reception so the courier can find you within the chosen window.
No need to meet the courier
With your permission, the package can be left at the door, with the concierge or at security. Every package includes a menu sheet with macros for each dish and for the whole day.
Order and change deadlines
The kitchen prepares meals for a specific delivery, so orders and changes have deadlines. Full rules on payment, rescheduling and refunds are in the FAQ.

The courier waits at the address for 10 minutes. If you cannot be reached, the meal plan returns to the kitchen until you get in touch. Please confirm details with our manager.
Delivery questions
How much does meal plan delivery in Kyiv cost?
Delivery within Kyiv is free. Some suburbs are also served free of charge; for other areas the rate from the table on this page applies.
What time is the meal plan delivered?
Morning delivery runs from 6:00 to 11:00 (except Sunday morning), evening delivery from 19:00 to 23:00. You choose a convenient one-hour window. Evening delivery times may shift depending on the kitchen schedule.
Do you deliver to the suburbs?
Yes, deliveries outside Kyiv are made in the evening only. Some suburbs are served by taxi; door-to-door delivery in that case costs an extra 45 UAH.
Can I pause my delivery?
Yes. Let our manager know by 10:00 the same day for evening delivery or by 10:00 the day before for morning delivery. Later notice means the day is deducted from your balance.
How should I store and reheat the meals?
Keep the meals in the fridge, where they stay fresh for more than 24 hours. Remove the lid and microwave the containers for 2–3 minutes.
